Great for long distance running
I’ve been using this for over a year now for long distance running. For the price this works really well. It doesn’t bounce or jiggle all over the place. It’s not too heavy or cumbersome when it’s filled with water. It allows space in the pockets for a number of gels, my headphone case, I’ve taken a banana in one of the pockets. This vest is quality

Light and effective hydration vests
Ran my first half marathon with this hydration pack and it was perfect!! Easy to assembly and was adjustable. Great storage area for keys and gels. Very light weight

Really like this hydration backpack .. use it daily for hiking/running trails .. lightweight, but lots of storage .. only complaint is zippers on pockets stick after use in wet weather .. wore my 1st purchase out, and ordered a 2d one!

Meh. Save your money, use to purchase a better qual item.
Mostly good. I bought for a marathon and didn't use for awhile... but just started using for a relay race and immediately the bite valve started leaking (leaks even when in closed position). Hydration pack and bite valve are bad quality, vest is ok for the most part.

Bladder hose leaks after little use
The hose near the mouth piece hookup/mouth piece leaks. I’ve only used the bladder 3 or 4 times.

Zipper broke after 1 use
- The zipper broke after 1 use! I was halfway through a race and tried to get a snack from the pocket and the zipper broke. - The pocket is also very small and my Samsung Galaxy S24 would not fit in the pocket. - One of the buckles came defective; it would come apart with a slight tug. - Pros: Super light weight and the bottle pouch was very snug. It held a disposable 16 oz water bottle perfectly and it did not bounce when running.
