I love the way that the vanilla protein tastes, I drink it every morning for breakfast and it keeps me full and energized, I am off of caffeine and feeling great. I will continue to drink these even after my initial order is up.I also bought the skinny burn pills and I didn't feel much different, my first day I took one at 2 pm and could not sleep that night, after that first day I took both pills in the morning and have been sleeping fine at night. I do have a big trip coming up at the end of May so I will probably want to do the whole program again before I go. I do feel like these help keep my energy up throughout the day so I no longer drinking caffeine which takes me off of coffee as well as diet sodas.I took the skinny cleanse pills as well for the first 2 weeks and I felt fine, I did not have any of the issues that I have seen reviews mention.As a rule I do not weigh myself but I am definitely smaller, I have a friend who I see once a month so he is a good judge because he does not see me everyday and halfway through the third week he commented that I look significantly smaller.Overall it is a great product but every now and then I do get stomach cramps but they are fleeting and not too bad.

I love the Skinny Jane products! The Chocolate shake is my favorite so far. Strawberry was good, but not as good as chocolate. I found the shake the best when you blend 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1-2 scoops of shake mix, and a handful of ice. It's literally like drinking a chocolate milk shake for breakfast, but it's healthy!!!! It helps keep me full and it curbs my cravings for sweets. I love the TKO tea. I always have to have sweetener in my tea, but this tastes SOOOO GOOD without it! It also helps curb my appetite and my cravings. The Skinny Burn doesn't make you feel jittery, but it does give you lots of energy! I thought the Skinny Cleanse was awesome! It didn't upset my stomach, but does help you go to the bathroom. I would recommend these products to anyone!!!!

not seeing any weight loss

I took a combination of the skinny burn and skinny cleanse in the evening and the results have been amazing! As an athlete and with consistent training, adding these 2 products has really improved the way my body responds to a workout and food consumption for the day. I have thinned out and toned up quickly and has helped with my overall energy level for the day.

I love this stuff! It works, you don't get cramps and it doesn't "sneak up" on you! I've been using it for 2 months and I can tell that my tummy has gone down, bloating gone, not feeling full. But my appetite is less as well, and down a dress size I'm sure it was stuff that needed to get out of my system anyway, this stuff just gave it a little shove!! It's gentle and it works! Will definitely buy more!! PS. I use this cleanse together with the other products.

Saw no difference

I've taken other vitamins with a bad taste in my mouth afterwards and I don't get that with these. AT ALL! It helps my sugar cravings and energy levels as well! Recommended!

I was nervous about this product being to hard on my stomach. I've taken 1 tablet a directed and see and feel a difference in a week.
