It helps curb my appetite . I know it's helping metabolize my food. I still do portion control . I have no complaints and will be ordering it again.

This is the 1st review I have ever written but this was worth my time. My Endocrinologist put me on this with "Integra-Lean" by Life Extension and the two together really helped me to lose 30 lbs in a very short amount of time. I never felt hungry when I took these two together. I continue to take them to control my hunger and keep the weight off. Try them both and you'll be amazed at the results.... It really didn't help and the reviews I've read on it make me wonder if its even safe. I've lost 5 pounds and I've finished the bottle. I lose weight really slow now because of my age and I'm not that big to begin with, plus I have some health issues (hormones and thyroid); but the 5 pounds I lost are probably because I've been exercising everyday and keeping my calories around 1000 per day. There were a couple of times I took it when it made my stomach hurt so bad I doubled up in pain and one night after I took it I threw up 3 times. I would definitely not recommend it and would not take it again.

I have not begun taking this supplement yet since I am still taking the Botanic Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV Plus) supplements. As soon as I am done with the order I received, I will try it. I have been pleased with the supplements on Botanic Choice so I'm sure this item will be great as well.

This blend made me feel fatigued and have more skin blemishes than normal.

Just more hype. Pills did nothing for me. Save your money.

I have bought them before & I will buy them again. I really believe they help me.

Another product that promises but does not deliver. Don't waste your money!
