Thick or thin
Very comfortable. Using on a trundle bed. Upper trundle. Purchased a thinner mattress for the bottom both comfortable.

Comfortable Mattress
Mattress was very comfortable but made my lower back ache as a side sleeper. This mattress is well made and would most likely work for the majority. Excellent customer service as well. Very quick to respond. Would buy from Inofia again.

Almost as good as the $5K Hybrid! - No, Really!
This mattress far exceeded expectations. We sleep on a $5k Hybrid King size bed and I wanted a good hybrid for my daughter as she grows up. I have tried a couple so far and they were sub-par, but this one was perfect and has just the right amount of support and softness. Excellent product for the money. I will purchase the Queen and Full for the other kids now for half of what I paid for the Master Bed. Don't hesitate on this one.

Poor customer service, unacceptable return options
I reached out to Amazon for a return during the return window and they require you to box it back up (HOW?) and get it to UPS yourself (haha?) That’s not realistic, most people have mattresses delivered because they do not have a way to get one home otherwise. So I am dissatisfied with Amazon’s customer service. I sent an email directly to Inofia 1/31/26 and have not received a response yet. There are mixed reviews on online forums like Reddit of whether or not this is a scam company. Most likely not getting my money back. I purchased this mattress in December and unfortunately it has been extremely uncomfortable. I was hoping it would break in after a few weeks and it is still as stiff as the day it was fully formed. I knew it would be a risk buying a mattress online without being able to try it first. After reading all of the reviews I was hopeful this would be the best mattress to purchase. The promised sleep trial really sealed the deal for me. Don’t buy this mattress unless you want to waste your time and money.

Great pick! Firm and cozy!
This mattress rules. Every Inofia mattress I've ever slept on is awesome. This one is nice and firm. It's been very stable--a mug of tea doesn't even spill if you forget it's there before climbing into bed!--and super comfy.

Purchase with confidence.
Just as advertised and seems to feel good. Used on an adjustable frame and works well wit it.
