6 Inch Angel Food Cake Pan with Removable Bottom, Aluminum Round Tube Pan Chiffon Cake Mold Baking Tin

Amazing pan! I had been looking for a small angel food cake pan for months. I read review after review and it was becoming a struggle with size, non-stick or not, removable bottom or not, blah, blah, blah. Even this pan got some poor reviews because "it was too small" (READ the sizing people - it's 6" which is perfect for 4-6 people if you don't plan on stuffing your face with half the cake) or "it stuck" (READ people - it isn't non-stick which is what you want with an angel food cake pan - also IT DOES NOT STICK). I don't know what people are thinking when they say it's difficult to clean. It was SO easy to clean. It doesn't rust. It doesn't stick. It is perfect and cake comes out perfect every time. People who had poor reviews don't know how to bake. Now, keep in mind that a "normal" recipe is for a 10"-12" cake pan so you will need to cut a recipe down into 1/3. I made a full cake recipe for a pineapple angel food cake and I filled this pan, plus another regular strait sided 6" cake pan, plus 12 cupcakes so keep that in mind. You can freeze this cake as well so that's what I did in case I need an "emergency" dessert. The pan is amazing and I love it!

I used this cake pan for my pound cake as I needed to make a smaller size. It worked beautifully. I normally make a full sized pound cake and this was the first time making a "small" one. Note: if you are used to making a full size cake, the baking time will be reduced (at least mine was) with this smaller pan. I highly recommend it.

I purchased the 6" pan. The exterior measurements were 5 3/4" (across bottom) x 6 3/4" (across top) x 2 3/4" (pan height). It holds about 4 1/2 cups to the very top. It's a very sturdy and well-built pan and nice looking. The only problem I see is that, even though the bottom-plate (without the tube) fits perfectly, the bottom-plate with the tube is too small. Whether I put the bottom-plate (without the tube) underneath it or not, it was still too small. I would imagine it shouldn't cause too much trouble unless you are using a thin batter. I gave it 4 stars because of this issue otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

I love this little cake pan, the 7 inch diameter is perfect for small cake recipes. Having both a removable tube bottom and plain bottom makes this pan versatile for both chiffon and other types of cake recipes. The metal is nice and thick, the pan is durable without being heavy.

Made a mini angel food cake and it came out perfect. Just be careful to reduce your recipe a bit - or do not fill with all of your batter.

It’s small

I use this pan regularly to make chiffon cakes. Perfect size for my recipe. Easy to clean and sturdy. I am going to buy a second set! Price is right. Highly recommended!!

I waited until I baked chiffon cakes couple of times before I write my review. Really love the pan, is just the size I need for my Asian chiffon cake recipes. All my cakes had turned out great using this pan. Just purchased the 8’ one.

It's hard to find an aluminum cake pan in such size here. Perfect for 2 person. It comes with 2 bottoms so it's more versatile than regular angel food cake pan.
