I loved the story. I bought it for my book club read. At first, I did not think I would care for it. However, I was quickly mesmerized and in the story! Beautifully written; be prepared for an intense story , and the story of lives in a far and distant land. Very touching.

Not as great as his first two books which were amazing. But still a good enough read. Somehow everything felt incomplete

I was expecting better after reading his other two novels, which were fantastic. This one wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.

Hosseini did it again! He's an awesome storyteller with in-depth character development and descriptions that make you feel you're right there!!

It was not a very good read . I have read Kite Runner several times and like it tremendously

Love the author's writing style and stories.

My book arrived with sticker residue on the cover and pen marks/smudges on the pages. Definitely NOT what I wanted when buying a new hardcover book. Unfortunately, I went out of town when it arrived and I could not complete the return in the allowed time.
