Question 1

Good for small tables? Would they play better on small tables? Meaning they'd bounce slightly less and move slightly slower?

Accepted Answer

Hi, our 55mm Table Tennis Balls play just like standard table tennis balls as they are made from the same material. These 55mm balls are easier to hit and helps build confidence for beginners. On a smaller table the ball will be easier to see but would not bounce slower nor bounce less. The speed and bounce, just like a regular ball, is dependent on the strength and way it's hit with the paddle. If you have any additional questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out to our team through the 'Contact the Seller' page on Amazon.

Question 2

If you drop these alongside a regular table tennis ball will they bounce back up to the same height? Another brand of 63.5mm balls don't bounce well.

Accepted Answer

Hi, our 55 mm table tennis balls help build confidence for beginners and are made to mimic normal size balls. They do bounce similar to normal table tennis balls but the height of the bounce can vary dependent on the surface of the floor. If you have additional questions, please reach out through the 'Contact the Seller' page.

Question 3

does anybody know if these are good for outdoor and wind resistant?

Accepted Answer

Hi, our 55mm XL Table Tennis Balls have the same look and feel as regular table tennis and 'beer pong' balls but are a bit larger. There is not much of a weight discrepancy, so these will blow with higher than normal winds. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our team through the 'Contact the Seller' page on Amazon.

Question 4

Are these made from ABS plastic and do they have a "slightly" textured surface like standard size ping pong balls?

Accepted Answer

Hello, these balls are made from plastic, have no texture, and have virtually no ball seam to ensure proper bounce and spin during play. The feel is the same as regular table tennis and 'beer pong' balls but are a bit larger. Please contact us through the 'Contact the Seller' page on Amazon for further assistance.
