FazerFazer, Dumle lakrits Licorice in Milk Choc (1.250 Lbs)

Many years ago, on a trip to Scandinavia my wife and I discovered Fazer Dumle licorice caramels. We have always loved them, but they are impossible to find in the USA. Sometimes a Scandinavian import store will have the plain Dumle caramels, but never the awesome licorice ones. Thanks for offering them. Chocolate? Good. Caramel? Good. Licorice? Good!

Those chocolate licorice caramels are amazing. Now first of, there is a difference between American "licorice" and really licorice ... Twizzlers are NOT licorice ... Let me repeat ... Twizzlers are not licorice! Lol ... Licorice is somewhat more of an acquired taste but I grew up in Europe and these licorice candies are some of my favorites. They have a soft and gooey center of a caramel like licorice filling, and are covered in chocolate. Personally I really enjoy chocolate covered licorice -- I think the two flavors complement each other really well. If you've ever tried the licorice jelly beans and but had wished they weren't as strong in taste, then these candies are the right choice for you! I can't remember exactly where te company is from, but I think its either Sweden or Norway ... Anyways, it's somewhere in Northern Europe and they know everything there is to know about true licorice up there, so no need to fear!

Nice sized bag of these tasty, chewy treats. The licorice surrounded my chocolate and caramel is a magical combination. I don't think I would have liked these as a child, but they sure are delicious at 51!!
