Nice replacement rim for Spalding portable goal
Great replacement for a Spalding spring loaded rim that had been damaged (has plastic curved cover over spring with NBA logo sticker). My mounting hole requirements were 3" side to side, and 2-3/4" top to bottom. This rim worked great for that spacing, and is slotted to provide about 3/4" adjustment vertically or horizontally. Only negative - the included bolts were too long and interfered with adjustable mount for goal. I just reused my existing bolts.

It does the job.
The hoop this replaced had two springs in it, this has one. What the decal affixes to is plastic. I guess it will hold up. But the decal didn't stick, which, so what I guess. The net is made of thin rope or thick string and it wasn't made correctly. Half of it looks one way the other half looks another way. I probably could have called them, I know their customer service department would make it right but I never did.

Easy to install. Very sturdy. Had to replace the net with a better quality but happy with purchase.

Good rim. Good price.
It was Easy to install and looks great. I can’t speak to durability since we just installed it. My net was knotted incorrectly but Spaulding sent a new one immediately without question.

This was a perfect low-cost option for our gym. We broke our other rim within 6 months from heavy use so we got this one which has a spring. We don't dunk so I'm not sure how it'll hold up in that situation but it's perfect for heavy shooting including 3-pointers.
