HawaiiPharm Satiereal Saffron (Crocus Sativus) Liquid Extract 4 fl.oz

Arrived ahead of schedule, and I love the product.

I really didn't feel much of anything with this product.

I have ordered this several times. It has worked great for me and I have recommended it to others. This time, my order came, and it was a darker liquid that did not taste like Saffron, and did not curb my appetite at all like this stuff usually does. I contacted customer service with this message:"Return reason: Item defective or doesn’t workCustomer comments: Liquid is dark and viscous, definitely either bad saffron extract, or not even saffron. Tastes weird. Have ordered this many times so we know its bad."Their response:"Hello, it is not defective, starting from May we are using new extraction methods.Support team,Hawaiipharm."-Not " We are sorry you aren't satisfied with your order, how may we resolve this?", but more like "Too bad".Terrible customer service. If the product is no longer the same product, it should be stated, and if there has been major changes to the product, like Hawaiipharm support team claims, it should be stated on the product page.Lost trust with this vendor.
