Is this tv stand vesa compatible?

Yes. It is suitable for TV with the following VESA mounting holes: 600x400, 400x400, 400x300, 400x200, 300x300, 300x200, 200x200, 200x100, 100x100, see details in the section "Universal Bracket for LCD TVs/Screens" in the product description.

Whats the maximum height where the tv could be set at?

Hi it is 1625 mm from the floor, this distance is to the top pair of threaded holes on the back of the TV, so the top of the TV will be higher.

Dear seller will my 20" tv monitor attach to this? it has the usual 4 screw points positioned in the four corners to make a square. thanks charlie

Yes, should fit no problem, be aware that the TV mounting bracket is 625mm wide so it might stick out a bit past the sides of the TV

Hi Seller thanks 4 info. Can you tell me the diameter of wider lower tube and if the laptop shelf can be installed higher than 850mm to 1120mm?

Hi, the lower part is a D section and measures 59 x 41 mm. According to the sheet the shelf can only be mounted below 850 mm
