can this wireless charge?

no the v20 didnt. unlike the g4 you couldnt just get the wireless sticker for the inside of the back case so no it does not.

Will you be able to close the cover all the way? All the after market batteries I've bought before are always a little too big.

My battery fits and I am able to close the cover without problems. I also changed my son's battery without any problem.
