This is a great set. It comes fully assembled! Well packaged in multiple boxes. Boxes may come on different days. Clips hold pieces together so doesn’t move. Seating is on the lower side but not a problem even for 6’ 2” son. Has ottoman/ table. Cushions are water resistant, firmer. Pillows included. Seller is responsive. Thank you.

As advertised, no assembly required, 3 boxes on one pallet. Delivery company called 2 days before to schedule (you need to be home to receive). Nice product, no damage, all new, would recommend.

Pros: solid construction, no assembly required unlike other vendor's units. Came with clips to hold the units together as well as a couple extra feet (I assume if needed for repairs) and the cover. Firm cushions but comfortable. Perhaps a bit narrow for a large-adult nap but fully appropriate as a sitting conversation area. Color/shape/style exactly as pictured and described. Company very responsive to order inquiries. Con: the shipping was a bit confusing/trying. I ordered the 6 piece set, came in three boxes from two different warehouses over 3 weeks. Probably due to current issues but allow for it. Overall well worth it and would do it again from this vendor.

Looks great. Easy to assemble. The only problem is the cover provided only fits when the pieces are arranged in a compact square, meaning, I have to rearrange the pieces every time I want use it and then cover it back up.

Couch arrived in 2 shipments over the course of 2 days. The middle piece and ottoman with cushions arrived first followed by the 2 side pieces and cushions the next day. Well packaged and without any damage or missing pieces. I dreaded putting together another wicker furniture piece and LOVE that this arrived fully assembled. Also included flexible brackets to easily connect the pieces together. Looks exactly as pictured. Cushions are soft and very comfortable. I love it.

The furniture is fantastic. Very comfortable and already assembled. Great seating for my outdoor patio/ deck. One of the feet on the chairs was damaged in transit and cracked causing the piece to fall off. Chair still works and is able to sit on.

I really appreciated that this was all preassembled, and I also really like how the footstools slip under the coffee table to keep the whole unit compact and protected. The cover is great and covers all of the couch and coffee table and with the footstools under is the coffee table.It's reasonably comfortable, and seems durable so far.
