Q: Does it leave curly hair sticky?

Not at all. I use this to iron my hair. It is literally the only product that keeps my hair straight, shiny and zero frizz, even when it was drizzling outside. My hair feels soft too. I have horrible hair, it's like a clown wig. I have tried everything. My Aveda salon started carrying this because it's all natural, or mostly natural. My stylist tried it on me. Its better than any of the Aveda smoothing products. It is the best, period.

Yes! I don’t use conditioner anymore most days. This stuff is such a help with my frizzy, coarse white hair.

Q: The product came with just a sticker over the cap. There was no seal between the lid and the bottle. Is this how it is normally packaged?

I apologize. I purchased this long ago and I truly don't remember. I do think it is odd, however, that there wasn't a sticker over the opening in the tube and between the tube and the cap. I want to say there was one, but honestly, I can't remember. Sorry.
