Stopped working after three months. Complete money waste.

DO NOT! I repeat: DO NOT BUY THIS BATTERY! I purchased the first one: it worked perfectly for approximately 2.5 weeks and then would not charge. Dead! I returned and replaced it to give it another chance because I really liked it when it worked. Received the replacement charger quickly. It worked for approximately 3 weeks and has died!!!! I am so upset! And now it won’t let me return it! This is unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint!!!!

I have experience with several batteries for my cellphones and also for my Sony cameras but always wanted something that will give me the flexibity for me to work completely out of the office on my iPad and finally I found it.I have been using this portable battery bank for few weeks and I am impress with the build quality of the product. I am all the time in the GO working and now I am working out of my iPad Pro on location and this product is pushing my working time on the fuel well over what I was expecting.The battery charge quick and five hours of work using 3 devices with it.I am charging a wireless router to connect to a external drive, my IPad Pro 2.0 and my iPhone plus allwoeking for hours from this device.I will recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and durable super power bank for all of their devices.

I invest more money on power banks because reliability is of utmost importance when traveling abroad. Mophie and Crave have consistently performed exceptionally well. The materials, construction, capacity, QC and usb type-c port make it my go-to choice for a pro-grade powerbank. I can charge the powerbank via the usb type-c port and use the same port to charge my iPhones which is convenient. Usb type-c ports are much sturdier and reliable than type-A ports. I purchased the Plus Pro 20,000 mAh for a photography trip to the UK (London, Bath, Eastbourne, Seaford, Seven Sisters) and it served it’s purpose of keeping my iPhones charged for three days at a time. I also purchased the 10,000 mAh powerbank and both still work as expected after 4 years.

Opening the box up you can quickly tell this is a quality piece of hardware. It looks solid, feels solid, heck, even the Type-C cable and USB to Type-C adapter feel heavy compared to typical ones.So, why only four stars? Well, this thing is chunky and heavy, but that isn't the issue. I have another brand's much smaller, lighter, and cheaper battery bank and you know what it came with - a carrying case. As thick and heavy as this thing is, plus the premium price, it should come with a case.Other than that, it charges my Valve Steam Deck almost as fast or as fast as the adapter that came with it - you can't beat that.
