Styli-Style Line & Seal Semi-Permanent Eye Liner 004 Black

I used to sell Line & Seal at the salon I worked at and would demonstrate it if customers let me make a small mark on their hands. After a minute, they would have to rub firmly for it to come off! That's a good thing. I use the black liner on my lower lids, and the color stays true (and doesn't turn green like some eyeliners do as they wear throughout the day).

Goes on smoothly. Does not wear off quickly with watery eyes like mine.

Been wearing eyeliner on the bottom of my eyes since 7th grade. Never found one that didn't wear off by the end of the day but this one is great. At $6. it is affordable, stays on, never irritates. I have been through hundreds (yes hundreds) of different eyeliners and they all stink. This one is the best by far.

I've very sensitive eyes. They water, and I have to use waterproof everything. This well priced liner is fabulous. It doesn't move for a long time, and doesn't irritate my eyes. Made in Germany. (The nicest ones I have found are made there.) I'm going get more. A plus.

How do you sharpen this? I use pencil sharpener but, does not work well...

This is semi permanent although I don't find that it says longer than any other. It does write very well with its soft wax.

just don't rub your eye. wouldn't say it's any better than the eyeliner I buy from walmart

I have tried so many liners before trying this brand and almost all of them irritated my eyes. This stays on, looks great and isn't irritating at all. The best eyeliner I've tried! I love the black and the navy/black but I've invested in several colors now. I'm so glad I can get this on Amazon as the store I used to buy it at no longer carries it.
