I am still confused, do i click on the color i want, which is butcher block and then order retardant seperately?

Yes, click on the color you want and order the retardent separetly if you need it.Thank you.

Can you use this product to hide seams on quartz countertops? I just really don't want to deal with resin/epoxy.

Not sure. They are opaque solid colors, made for Formica seam filling.

What is the shelf life after colors have been mixed?

There is no mixing involved. The product is used straight from the tube. I used it only once and discarded the remainder. The solvent base of the material is extremely volatile, so its shelf life will depend on how quickly and well the tube is resealed.

Is there enough material to fill the 30+ inch seam in my granite counter top?

Yes. this is a good-sized tube and you only need a little bit. I filled a large gouge and several nicks on the edge of my desk and had most of the tube left.
