Spare Tire Lock
This lock works like a champ. Easy install. Remove nut from stud, install lock base over stud, reinstall nut and torque, install lock cover preventing access to nut, use key to lock cover onto lock base.

You get what you pay for: inexpensive means basic protection, which is fine.
I'm giving it 4 stars because of the price vs. value, in that I think I got what I paid for. I don't think that this lock would hold up to any serious attack by a determined thief - probably a hammer attack would destroy it - but it's an inexpensive deterrent for basic theft. If you need something more secure, pay for a more expensive lock, but I'm only protecting an inexpensive spare trailer tire. Mine came with 2 different keys, but at least one of them works.

Spare tire nut lock
This lock works great. Must have a lug nut or regular nut on spare tire mount for it to work properly. I have them on all my pickups. Never had a spare borrowed in the night. Keep oil on hand if you have not used it in awhile. Moisture can make it difficult to turn at time. A little bit of spray lube fixes it right up every time.

Great Fit, Peace of Mind, Good Value
Great lock for anti theft of spare tire on my boat trailer. I bought a new boat trailer with aluminum mags, and the spare was just bolted on. To prevent theft of the $250 spare I bought this lock. Small perfect fit for multiple applications, and would really consume time and effort to try to get it off; something most thieves don't have. The price point was very reasonable.

Gクラスの背面タイヤに取付ました‼︎取付後、手で強引に回すと割れてしまいました。盗難防止を考えると少し耐久性弱いと思われます。発想としては、非常に良い製品なのですが、もう少し耐久性を上げてもらいたい。
