Turned my hair orange
Be very careful with this product. I used it after my hairdresser coloured my hair too dark. This definitely stripped the colour but turned my hair orange and it was very harsh.

Blown away
I do not normally leave a review but I just had to. I'm so so happy with the results. I used a horrible dark brown box dye which turned my hair jet black. I used a colour remover a month ago and the results were really poor and the smell was awful which lingered for weeks. I used this today and I'm blown away by how well it has worked. My hair is much lighter. It had blonde streaks prior to the black dye which I can now see again. My hair is also really soft which is a bonus as I have dry frizzy hair as standard so was worried it would make it worse but it's actually better than before if that's even possible. I initially washed my hair in green magnum dish soap as it strips the hair. Applied this by leaving a little gap for the root and then wrapped my hair in clingfilm and used a hood attachment on the hair dryer and sat for 30 minutes. Then used my fingers to squeeze the excess out. Washed again twice with dish soap and really scrubbed it. Really do recommend. If you follow the process on the back of the sachet you can't go wrong. I don't know if I got a better result because I used dish soap? But for the price it's worth a go!

It works but don't expect miracles
This actually worked for hair that went very dark brown, almost black, after choosing a poor colour box dye. I had done quite a lot of shampooing already but I was surprised to see this actually bleed the colour out. It was pretty simple having followed the instructions. It's not patchy at all. Don't expect miracles its not going to shift everything but it did lift some colour out which actually worked better than a colour remover did and was much easier to use!

Not powerful enough for my hair/colour
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad product at all. I think everyone’s hair is different and we’re all using different colorants. Today I tried going from salon dye copper, back to blonde. I tried not to have any expectations. Did extensive research and followed step by step guides. Also used the Malibu C un do goo shampoo. I did everything correctly. The colour had lifted a lot, however, after using an ash toner for the final step, my colour has now gone back to copper 😭 maybe my hair needed something stronger to completely eliminate the copper - which is obviously quite deeply set in. Looks like I’ll be going to the salon after all, which I was hoping to avoid since it’s a lot more expensive but hey ho!

Worth every penny
I am OBSESSED WITH THIS PRODUCT, IT HAS SAVED MY HAIR!I made the mistake of trying to dye my level 8/9 blonde hair to a level 6 cool brown and of course, it came out brown, purple, silver, blue and just pure muck. I initially used some Malibu quick fix in a panic and it took a bit of the dye out so I decided to take the plunge and purchase CPR as well as the undo goo shampoo by Malibu as the reviews stated it works better with that. I washed my hair first with the undo goo and then applied the CPR as per the instructions, wrapped it in clingfilm and a shower cap, and sat with 2 hair dryers on my head for 45 minutes before rinsing and washing 3 times with the undo goo. My hair is now back to blonde and you would never even know I had a mishap. I made sure to condition it after the clarifying shampoo as it can dry it out a bit and honestly it feels so lovely. This is a little miracle and has saved me bleaching and damaging my hair over a mistake. So so happy!1. What I started with2. The mess I made3. After quick fix4. After CPRCame back to write another review! Removed neon orange permanent dye from my hair days after doing it and left me with a warm, strawberry blonde. Photos don’t do justice to how much this worked. This thing is a little miracle and I will definitely be buying when I no doubt ruin my hair again!

doesn’t work
Absolute garbage. Did everything right according to instructions provided. Heated my hair for 45 minutes and washed it with clarifying shampoo 3 times afterwards. Did absolute no difference to my hair which is bleach blonde with slight teal tones in it that I wanted to remove. Waste of time and money! Smells like rubbish too. I want my money back!

Absolute lifesaver!
This product absolutely saved me! I had really badly overtoned my hair and used an old Demi-permanent toner which really darkened my blonde. A quick 45 minutes with a bag on my head and some intense washing (you have to shampoo three times on rinsing the treatment) it was back to normal! Thoroughly recommend this product if you’re a little clumsy like me and accidentally darken your pale blonde. For reference I have level 10 (pale blonde) hair and the toner took it down to a level 7 (dark blonde/mousey brown). Also this formula doesn’t affect your natural colour unlike some colour removal products which tend to use bleach. My roots were completely unaffected by the treatment and that was amazing (I might tone my hair but bleaching I’m not so confident with). This treatment may be small but it really does the job!
