Outwell Zion Footrest 2020 camp bed accessories

Excellent product, fab quality! Had to stretch it a little to fit onto connections and a black instead of the same colour as my chairs (grey) however absolutely love it. Feet up and relax!!!

Have emailed Outwell who have assured us that the leg extension supplied by Bikestar would fit our Kenai chairs. Please see the photographs which show the measurement of the leg extension to be 48 cm on the back of the label. However it measures 46 cm which means it will not fit the Kenai chair which is 48 cm. We paid £5 p&p and will have to pay another £5 to return these unless Bikestar admit that the fault lies with them.However since writing this and while still being disappointed in not having the leg extensions I feel Bikestar have been very helpful. They have agreed to repay me my p&p. Outwell explained to me that they made a mstake on their labelling in 2018 but told me to take the problem up with the supplier. I feel the one star rating is purely towards Outwell themselves. The question is why didn't they recall the goods that were wrongly printed instead of leaving it up to the distrubtors and custoners to sort out!!

Excellent product fits chairs very nicely. Delivery prompt and product well packaged.
