I would think so. I used them on a 1976 Ford truck.

??? Brakes don't have ceramic coatings. Some are made with ceramic components in the pad material. They call them ceramic brake pads or in this case shoes. These specific brake shoes are semi-metallic type brake shoes. I don't think you'll find brake shoes in any other material type besides semi-metallic. They have the best initial stopping power of any pad or shoe material. That's why most if not all trucks come from the factory with semi-metallic brake pads and shoes if they still use drum brakes in the rear.
