These tomatoes are delicious ! We have a beans and rice dinner twice a week, and my ‘go to’ for part of the dish Is Del Monte Canned ZESTY CHILI STYLE DICED TOMATOES— I have tried using ordinary canned tomatoes—but then I have to use quite a bit of other spice to get a taste similar to, but not as good as these tomatoes.

I'm the pickling queen! That even goes to cans of tomatoes and beans that I keep in my refrigerator for a dose of tangy tomato quick fixes with a simple reheated meal that I toss together in minutes!. Add some garlic and sliced onion in that pickling tomato jar also! These pickled tomatoes go with almost everything EXCEPT NOT WITH PANCAKES!
