I use this coconut oil every day and in every way I can think of. Spread on bread, smother vegetables in it, add to soups and hotpots. In summer when it is more liquid I will use it on salads and even smear it all over me at the beach instead of using sun creams full with chemicals!!!! It is great as a face moisturizer in any weather. I chose this product as it has no coconut smell or taste so I don't get tired of it. Also I read that 2 tablespoons of coconut oil per day is very good for the brain to stave off senior moments!!!!

When I opened the jar today I had a lovely smell of....nothing... I have not used it in any recipe yet but I had to have a taste....and it tastes of ....plain fat or rather you know you are tasting fat but it tastes of nothing...and that is exactly what I was looking for. The product is as solid as normal coconut oil. and the BBE date is december 19 which seems more than reasonable since it is only the "best before date", I still have to actually use the product but at first sight it looks like I will be using it a lot!!!...and order it again!!!!
