Will a doona fit in this?

I don’t have a Doona car seat but I can’t imagine it wouldn’t fit, the bag is very large & sturdy.

Does it fit a joie I-spin 360?

I don’t know that, but we had two car seats in it recently when we flew to Spain and there was enough room for that (a group 0/1 and a 1/2/3)

Will this be good to store car seat in loft without it getting ruined?

It is definitely sturdy enough to give it protection for storage and it will surely last long. But depending on the conditions in your loft I would recommend putting some silica gel packets within the bag to keep moisture away.
