Life saver during lockdown! But some downsides.
Pros:- Extremely well built and sturdy (I am 6ft 1in and 94kg. To give a reference point)- Good looking bike- The iFit service is great fun. There are a lot of sessions to choose from and so many places to "visit"- It is pretty much silent when riding and changing the resistance- Connects to my Polar H10 heartbeat sensor- I have improved my squats over lockdown (Up to 60kg for 3 sets of 10 reps. To give a reference point) and I find the max level (22) decent, but know that over time this will be less challenging. 25 levels would probably be perfect. The steps between the levels are really tiny, so maybe increasing those and keeping 22 levels would be another option.Cons:- The bike doesn't have an incline/decline feature like other ProForm bikes, and this means the resistance doesn't match that of the iFit trainers. It means you can't really filter by "intensity" since every trainer ranks this differently. You then have to manually adjust the resistance each time to try and "match" the trainer. That isn't the end of the world, but it would be so much smoother if you could trust the resistance before starting a class. It makes the "automatic resistance" feature redundant.- The stock saddle is TERRIBLE. You think for ÂŁ1000 bike it would offer a better seat. We quickly had to buy a replacement and sell the default saddle.- The handlebars do not adjust as high as the seat does. I have to use a foam roller for extra height. Again, surprising given the price. Even my 5ft 7in partner needs to use the foam roller to be at a comfortable height.- The handlebars have started to creak, which is quite annoying, because I bought magnetic resistance so the bike was silent. Maybe I need to oil something.- There are too many lower resistance levels, I haven't used levels 1 to 8.- I think resistance buttons on the handlebars would be really helpful. That way you wouldn't have to unbalance yourself when changing them on the screen.

Well built machine
The Pro Form is a good solid machine and was delivered on time.Everything came well packed in box, with instructions.I give it a 4 star due to the console not having a full function of Blue tooth it can not connect to mobile phone only toa heart monitor band. You can not use any other fitness app such as Garmin, Starve or zwift only the i-fit app that is already pre-loaded
