Does it remove blackheads? Can someone with personal experience with this produce please answer no spam

I tend to have huge blackheads (2-3 mm) all over my face which come back right after they are removed. Using this gel once a week for a whole night (I do that because of someone else's review) seemed to have made a visible difference. It is not a cure however but just a remedy
