Works great on nutsedge!
So glad I found this. Have tried weeding the nutsedge out of my flower beds and it always comes back quickly. This chemical did kill it and although it made the perennials look a bit bad for a short while, they all came back fine.

Use it correctly or call a professional and don't use it at all.
I read through the low star reviews; "this doesn't do anything at all" it doesn't work in 2 days", "this killed all the weeds and my grass that I spot sprayed". That's because you don't (or can't) rEaD. #1 it didn't kill anything because it was mixed weak and improperly applied, continued use like this will absolutely cause a pesticide resistance and eventually you'll just be contaminating the soil. #2 it's definitely not gonna work in two days, come on. Roundup is a non selective herbicide that disrupts a plants life cycle just by coming into contact with it, it generally takes up to 7 days to begin to see effects. #3 it killed all your weeds but also killed your grass; that's because you can't read or possibly do math, too much product was applied, especially easy if you're trying to spot spray for whatever reason. Continued use like this may cause a pesticide resistance and you're definitely contaminating the soil. So for my uses, it's excellent, sulfentrazone is commonly known and used to eradicate sedge especially Cyprus Rotundus but will work on any. I've attached a list directly from the label that explains what it will kill although results may vary because again: sedge. If sprayed during the peak of the day over 70-80°f you may see what's known as bleaching. Meaning your ornamental turf may look yellow or dead, looking at a leaf or blade of grass, 1/3-1/2 may look like this. It's completely normal, give it a week and mow it; it'll look better. Great Product
The only thing that will work on nutsedge and not harm your grass. In my case it is bermuda grass.

Works Fast And Kills The Nut
I love this product! I’ve been waiting years—decades— for something that would kill nutsedge. This stuff kills it nut and all! I keep a gallon of it mixed up in a sprayer and spot treat as needed (you can kill the nut but that won’t keep birds from bringing in seeds). The tops start to brown in a day or two. I leave mature plants until they turn completely brown and wilt to the ground. At that point, the nut is dead and the tops can be cleared. Every week or so I walk my beds looking for a new top coming up from seed or a latent nut. My beds look great and no digging or pulling required! I’ve used this near zinnias, purslane, marigolds, dianthus, Althea, hollies, pyracantha, Indian Hawthorne, tomatoes and peppers. I have sprayed within a few inches of the base of the plant without I’ll effects. My only quibble is with the directions for use. The mixing ratio may be in there somewhere but I never found it. I mix 0.5 fl. oz per gallon and get good results. That little bottle may seem pricey but it goes a long way! This product is labeled for use on various turf grasses but I have only used it on mulched beds and in my small garden.

Miracle Product
This year was terrible for weeds especially one called Green Kyllinga. This stuff appeared out of nowhere and covered several large areas. I tried several weeds killers nothing seemed to worked. This product began to work in just 24 hours you could see the heads turning brown and dying.I don't know how well it works on Yellow Nutsedge but it is in the same family and I believe is listed on the weed list in the literature. I only have about half acre so I just use a 2 gallon pump sprayer and spot spray. The mixing instructions seem to be for large areas such as crop dusting. I called the manufacture ( Prime Source) and they told me to use .36oz for 2/gal or 1 tps per gallon which seems to work well. If you buy the 6oz container it has a mixing gauge on in 1/4oz and 1/2 oz increments. So if you fill between the two lines (1/4oz=.25oz and 1/2oz= .5oz) it should give you the .36oz you need for two gallons. Hope this helps.

Works well on nut sedge.
Requires a high degree of dilution. For small treatment areas, or spot treating, I suggest you make an intermediate dilution of 1/2 oz in 10 oz of water then use that diluted solution to make up your final use material. It seems quite sensitive to under-application, but that may be my technique rather than the herbicide. It has done the best job of any I have used to kill nut sedge.
