A recent small-scale home remodel led us to replace all of our interior door knobs. Our exterior door knobs were this same rubbed bronze color, so I wanted to get indoor knobs that would match.I installed these myself, and within about 5 minutes I was able to remove the old knobs and install the new. Very simple, and I did not read the directions. There were directions in the box, and they looked pretty detailed. I'd assume they'd be more relevant if you were installing door knobs for the first time, or into a new door.We are very pleased with these. They don't feel "cheap" and seem very sturdy. These don't have a lock on them, so we used them on a closet door. They'd also work on a child's bedroom door, if you didn't want them locking it.

I'm in the process of replacing all the contractor-grade doorknobs in my house. These were exactly what I was looking for.As an elderly woman, I found installation to be very easy and without issues.Having purchased Schlage over the years, I can say that a few have failed after much wear, but I contacted the company and they were very responsive in replacing them, even as old as they were.One of the units came missing the screws and strike plate and Amazon is replacing.Great product, will be purchasing more. Schlage customer service has always been top notch!

These door knobs are exactly what I wanted being inexpensive while not looking cheap. I purchased the aged bronze and I love the finish. I've never replaced door knobs before- it took me less than 45 minutes to install 4 of these without any issues. I would recommend these to anyone.

This was a replacement doorknob for a hall closet. All the hardware from the previous knob had to be removed, but the Schlage doorknob replacement fit with no problems to install. Job done in 5 minutes. Also, order came when promised and is of very good quality.

I was pleasantly surprised to see these arrive in small cardboard cartons. The big box stores sell them in impossible to open plastic containers. They are just as perfect and great looking without the dreadful hassle.

Heavy and great quality

Schlage has made improvements to their passageway mounding systems. The old knob had a Rube Goldberg system to attach to a door. This new style has more sensible screws. This is not an exact architectural match for my old one but it is close.
