I bought this gun because I love to have gadgets with digital screens, you can have all the info the speed of the fan and the temperature of the gun at a glance.I have to say that so far I've only used the "low heat" mode and it works like a charm. I used it to reactivate the glue on adhesive strips and for sure it makes a difference.Having precise control over the heat is mandatory to avoid ruining this kind of things. I'm not sure if the temperature marked in the gun is accurate or not but it is coherent. So, if you set 90 degrees once and it works then you know that the next time it will also work.The only defect that I see to the gun is that the button to set the strength of the heat. This button has three positions 0, 1 and 2. 0 is off, 1 is low heat and 2 is high heat. The problem for me is that these positions are inverted, in my mind I have to move the button down to switch it on and up to switch it off... half of the time I set the gun in high heat instead of switch it off. That is a bit dangerous considering that it sets the temp to 600 degrees... but well, that may be only me but I prefer to warn you.

Easy to use, heats up in seconds and the temperature can be seen in the digital display in deg. C or F.All settings are remembered after turning off ready to use when continuing a job.Quiet operation.The mains lead is far too short meaning you have to pull an extension around with you (sometimes it's hanging next to you in mid air)Superb value for money BUY IT NOW!

Actually really like this item. Very easy to use, haven't used it much but when I have it's done exactly what's needed. Solid build quality for the price. Never heard of the brand before but they do good work. Would recommend!

This very cheap hot air gun seems to work well - the ability to control the temperature is really useful when heating a phone screen to soften the glue. I cannot vouch for the temperature accuracy, but by gradually increasing the temperature I could soften the glue without damaging the phone screen.

I used many heat guns in the past, including big naed brands, and seems that this particular one is not weaker. I use to desolder parts, for heat shrinking tubes, and to ignite the coal, aand is working like a charm. Very nice digital control of the temperature and flow
