Awesome book! Highly recommend
I am loving this book! I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in September 2019 and have been following her site since then, and have made so many recipes. What I love is that she makes it easy and simple to follow. Fast track to October 18th, I am now off of meds using alot of her recipes.Onto the book, it is excellent with pictures and references. Also I love the variations that she inputs, exp, making dishes with coconut flour vs almond flour, swap outs and explanations of keto that are quick and not overly drawn out. If you are looking for an excellent keto recipe start, I highly recommend starting here! In addition also visit her blog wholesomeyum.Attached are a few pics to show the difference can make by eating, and also pics of her blueberry scones that I made (insane delicous!), low carb almond bread (delicious!) Zuchini noodles, the list goes on and on and on.

Best Keto Cookbook
The Wholesome yum Easy Keto Cookbook was worth the pre-order wait. It is well organized with excellent introductory information about the keto way of eating and tips for stocking a pantry. Ingredients and recipe directions are straight forward including nutrition values and meal photo examples. I now have several digital and one other hardcopy keto cookbooks but this is the easiest to use.

Sorry About The Binding
OK. Love the cookbook!Well done. The recipes are all written with the experience that Maya draws from, having actually MADE these recipes. It is obvious she has hands-on experience with each one. Plus, Maya offers alternative ingredients and tricks to use to make these dishes even better.My only complaint about the book is that it is hard-bound. Too hard to use for reference on the kitchen counter. Would be far superior to have printed the book in a spiral- bound format.Other than that, the cookbook is a five-star winner!

This is sustainable!
This review is for the Wholesome Yum keto cookbook. First I’d like to say this isn’t my first Keto cookbook. I’ve been trying and failing at keto for almost a year now. I wouldn't be writing this review had I not already been using the Wholesome Yum website and menu plan. Keto is a learned behavior and it isn’t cheap! I got really discouraged because of the time and money that I’ve invested to try to become healthy. I was born with the caretaker spirit. I’ve taken care of everyone else my entire life. Now, I’m mid 40 and my cup is empty. Who takes care of the caretaker? I want to succeed at this keto lifestyle and Mya sets you up for success. I feel for the first time I can actually do something for myself sustainably. I’m doing keto but I’m making one dinner for the family without any guilt. It’s their choice to eat or not. The thing is, the recipes are for-real good! My husband walks 12 miles a day for work and since the recipes are family sized portions he can have as much as he wants, usually only 2 servings though because he’s full AND satisfied. This is sustainable because the recipes are simple to follow, no guessing, weight of ingredients is included as to increase consistency, family size portions, common easy to find ingredients, make ahead and freeze. I honestly feel like the Wholesome Yum platform is a game changer for me. Finally!

Excellent Keto Cookbook!
I always loved Maya's food blog and have made a lot of her recipes posted there, so I was really excited to get this cookbook when it came out. It's a great collection of easy and tasty Keto recipes. The hardback option is very well done and the photos are excellent.I've been eating low carb for a little over a year now and I enjoying trying new recipes. Maya's recipes are always delicious and I'm sure the recipes in her new cookbook are no exception! This is by far the most beautifully done Keto cookbook I've seen.The introduction includes excellent information and also includes sections on how to get started with the Keto lifestyle, stocking your Keto pantry and Keto swaps for your favorite foods and page numbers for those recipes.I don't purchase many cookbooks anymore, but this was an exceptional one I couldn't pass up. I highly recommend that you add it to your library.

A staple for a keto kitchen!
I've been a fan of Maya and her recipes for years now, and I'm so glad she put out this book! I like that it's hard cover too. Her recipes are always quick, easy and delish, and the recipes in this book are no exception. Pics of the recipes are included (a must for a cookbook IMO). Some ingredients are specialty ingredients, but once you stick your cabinet with those basic things, they last forever and you can buy them all on Amazon if you can't find them at your local health food grocery.If you're already on keto, you're probably already familiar with her website & awesome recipes. If you're new to this lifestyle, this book is a great investment! I've lost 45 lbs on keto and her recipes were a large part of my success. Thanks Maya!

Really Impressed!
I just got my copy and I am really impressed with quality of the book as well as how good the recipes look. Sometimes I'm excited to order a cookbook and when it comes I'm disappointed in the range of recipes or that there are not many photos so I can see if I would like to try.This honestly is one of the best cookbooks I have bought and I have a lot! I've been eating low carb for several years and I thought I've seen just about every keto recipe out there but I was wrong. I am excited to try her bread section...especially the bagels and all purpose bread. They look great.

A Great Addition To your Keto Library
Maya Krampf has taken some of her best KETO recipes from her Wholesome Yum website and has presented them in this attractive easy to read hard bound cookbook. Whether you are new to the KETO lifestyle, or a long time KETO devotee, you will find this cookbook is a welcome addition to your library. She begins with a "Getting Started" section that explains the KETO diet (lifestyle) and follows that up with over 200 easy to make recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with separate sections on veggies, snacks, breads, and sweets. The easy to follow directions include helpful hints to ensure success. Anyone who has tried one of the Wholesome Yum recipes can attest that these are all tried and true recipes that are truly YUM!

Note for UK buyers
There are some great recipes here - thoroughly enjoyed the orange flavoured chicken. Some disasters though, and its quite possible as I'm in the UK, the 'equivalents' (despite diligent sourcing) just don't quite make the grade and ruin the result. The chocolate brownies were awful: having been an excellent brownie maker in the past, I was disappointed to say the least, and had to ditch. An 8 inch by 8 inch brownie tin really needs double the quantity of batter in it to allow for truly fudgy brownies. I don't believe a thin layer quite cuts the mustard... Many of the recipes have SOME metric conversions, but it is haphazard and I found myself spending a hell of a lot of time figuring out how much a stick and half of butter was, or 1/3rd of a cup of powdered sugar. A conversion chart in the book would have been useful. I actually think that my adventure into this book trying to make the brownies, and making Fat Bombs has thrown me out of deep ketosis :-)PS - tried and tested best loved Brownie recipe would be Nigellas gluten free ones - delicious!

Love the variety of recipes
Love the variety of the recipes, but being from the UK I really wish that American books would provide the English equivalent for ingredients such as 'jicama' that are used where they differ. I know it's nit-picking, but it is something that does put me off buying US cookbooks normally. This book I did have to try as I follow Maya on her website, and do love her recipes. The above quibble is the only one I have, and is the only reason I took a star off.

Best keto book! ☆☆☆☆☆
Maya is the most amazing woman who has inspired so many on our keto or lchf lifestyle. Her recipes are fantastic and even my non keto family (TRY to) eat MY fathead pizza and 90 sec Keto bread. I'll update with more photos when I've made more. If you want to start keto then this book is a must! Gorgeous photos, great recipes, very good price AND it's hardback! ☆☆☆☆☆UPDATE made fathead pizza (2nd photo) delicious and VERY filling!

A brilliant purchase
Learning about the Ketogenic diet and how if works is one thing, knowing what and how to cook stuff is quite another. This book is very informative and the several recipes I've tried are delicious. The author is American so cooking temperatures had to be converted to suit me. Some ingredients have American names too but are also available to buy from Amazon. Highly recommended because every recipe has the carb counts etc, so the work's done for you.

Great book for new or experienced Keto followers
I've been following Wholesome Yum since I started Keto a couple of months ago. Maya' s recipes are great as they are quick and easy and mostly turn out great. Not so great is when I've misread the instructions! 😊 I bought the book on Kindle but would happily buy the hardback too as I think it's worth it.
