I received my order within days of ordering it and my tablet works great again. The instructions on how to change the battery was easy to follow and it helps a lot that it came with the tools needed to do the job.

It was easy to install. it worked for a week or two. Actually a little longer, but never for very long. Maybe it has been sitting in a warehouse too long. In any case. After about a month it won't even come on.

WAY too difficult for the average person to try to install......battery worked great, but other issues surfaced after installation

I found the steps on youtube, very clear and easy, the battery itself worked well because the tablet turn on, my problem as other customer stated, was reconnecting the 3rd ribbon connector (LCD connector), not so easy to plug and after several atempts starts to get damaged, so I never got a clean screen, i'll give a try to a $9 ribbon I found on amazon (http://amzn.to/2Cl975G), if not bye bye tablet and will need to sell the battery.Edit: 28/02... there are no instruction for the ribbon, I plugged it but never got a clear screen, so will need to recycle the tablet, the new baterry and the new ribbon.

Plastic tool that it comes with is very useful. Didn't use the screw driver that was included because it didn't bite onto the screws good enough. The video on DVD is a great bonus and how to.I would have giving five stars but the fitment is a little off. Mine was a two piece battery pack that is connected from the factory. From the pictures, you can see that the screw holes don't line up in the exact ideal location. The battery isn't going anywhere once two or three screws are in so I believe it will be fine. So far, it did take a full charge and seems to be holding that charge.

The hardest part installing this battery is getting the screw covers at the bottom of the tablet off. Other than that, it's like a new tablet. Fully chargable and working fine. Good product. Just follow the DVD video and you're golden.

Works like it should, fill well, decent performance. Note: the video did not open the bails on the FPC (flexible printed circuit) connectors. Not doing so, as the video suggests, can risk one or more contacts being snagged and damaged.

Putting the ribbon connectors into their ports was very difficult. One bent & It does not work as good now.

This is exactly what I needed for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. It comes with everything you need to replace the battery, even a very good video. The tablet in the video is slightly different than my own, but it still worked out great.

I would imagine that every unit is different than the other and that the battery replacement on some are easier than others. Just take your time and it should go well with the instruction provided. I did have one additional connection not shown on the video but that was a simple change after a minute of thought and observation. Also, I did not get it quite right the first time, so I gave it a day then went back and checked my connections and that solved the problem.

Got it in and my tablet works again. The screw loops have to be stretched into position but it was not a big problem.Instructional CD did not work in my computer so I looked it up on youtube, No Problem.

Very difficult to install as screw holes were misaligned - bit of a stretch!Good power boost.

This is my replacement fora Samsung 10.1 tablet and has not been tested yet.
