Yes. Our lab mix will fit inside the dog house.

Q: Does it come pre assembled ?

Though there are parts that are already assembled. There is about an hours worth of assembly here.

Q: what is this made out of?

It's wood, looks nice but it's not Sturdy. It broke on the first day and they did not want to do a return.

Q: Do you have these large enough to fit a German Shepard?

This particular dog house is not big enough for a German Shepard. It is for up to a medium size dog.
