I m 31 year old my skin very bad I have dark spots on my cheeks is this can help clean my skin and I m 31 years old

This won't help the dark spots. It makes the skin feel firmer & plumps fine lines. I would recommend using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Daily Skin lotion. It's on Amazon. My 16yr old had some dark spots on their face and after using the palmers lotion for about a year 2xs a day, it cleared up. Good luck
