I rarely eat cereal for breakfast, and don't like it when it gets soggy - which is usually before I can finish it. I needed to increase fiber so I ate some one afternoon as a snack. Now I do that almost daily. Too many increases calorie intake significantly, so moderation is the key. There are other snacks that are healthier, but I love Kellogg Mini Wheats - especially little bites. My opinion is that they are much healthier than picking up a cookie or candy bar.
