Magic Victorian Policeman Costume - 152 cm age 12

This was far too small for my 11 year old son who is 150cm tall. The trousers were tight and very short and he couldn't close the jacket. After I had returned the item I then had to chase for a refund and the £4.99 I paid for postage was not returned to me, in spite of the instructions on the return form saying "Affix the appropriate postage to your package. Please note that the return postage will be added to your refund if the return is a result of our error."
