I am considering this to seal our pool deck. Does this sealant make the desk slippery when it get wet?

I used it on a concrete driveway. It doesn’t make it slippery. Not sure what the material of the pool deck is.

I did use this product on my outdoor BBQ concrete counter. I put two coats and waited 24 hours before using

Can i stain the concrete using this sealant? If so, is it preferred to stain before i seal?

This is a sealer and as such it will most likely darken your concrete to an extent but that depends on your concrete and how it was finished. If you want to stain the concrete, I would do it before sealing as any sealer will prevent a subsequent finish from penetrating very well. You may be able to add color to the sealer but contact the mfg. for their advice. I was a concrete finisher and most times, coloring concrete except for interior applications is kind of dicey. Good luck
