I have been experiencing some tendinitis from overuse of various exercises. I have finally at 50 years old been able to add some bicep size and really didn't want to step away from weight training. Well, these babies really work and now I can lift pain free. Furthermore for whatever reason the braces make me square up better when lifting which gives greater impact on my muscles while experiencing less stress on my joints and tendons. Definitely a win-win. The braces are comfortable, secure and I don't have any pain while using them. Even after exercising when not wearing the braces, my tendinitis seems to be fading. The only negative that I can find is that if you are wearing performance gear that the straps may want to snag on that. Overall, these are good little helpers to work through my type of injury.

Great support to ensure no slips. Generates mild heat to keep the elbow warm. Slight discomfort because of the material. Only wish there was a thin gel pad at the elbow.

So I broke my elbow in a bad car wreck a year ago today. I had a plate in it that has since been removed. But my elbow has started to act up and ache some and I put this sleeve on it and it helps to keep it warm and loose and increase blood flow. I ordered these shortly after I got home from the hospital and have worn it off and on for a year. The best thing about this sleeve is not only the feel and the compression of the material but also the straps! Besides my neoprene heavy duty elbow sleeves I wear at the gym, these are the only other braces/sleeves I've worn that don't slide or roll on me. 5 stars is not enough.

The sleeve runs small. I measured my arm before ordering it, and it was painfully tight. I'm going to return it I do think the quality is excellent; it looks very well made.

I just recently purchased the elbow brace so I have only been using it for several days but it is exactly what I wanted to replace a brace that had worn out. I have been experiencing some elbow, forearm and bicep soreness during workouts and simply wanted a brace to provide some added stability in that area. So far I have been very pleased. I was between sizes and followed the suggestion to select the smaller size for added compression. That was the right choice for me. The fit is snug but not uncomfortable. I also like the Velcro staps which provide added tension at the top of the bicep and mid forearm area (similar to a tennis elbow brace).

Ordered this because I was getting soreness in my right elbow that was preventing me from lifting weights. Now I have pain in my left elbow and none in my right so I just ordered a second one, it definitely seems to work well. The extra large is not that large, I think they run a little small.

It is very snug like a compression sock and has two velcro straps in case you need it. I bought it because the cold Chicago weather has caused my left elbow substantial pain and stiffness. It keeps my elbow warm and helps with blood flow. However, after an hour or two it becomes increasingly uncomfortable (I'm a trucker). But considering I haven't seen a doctor or physical therapist- this is a great substitute
