Provides the right amount of compression around my ankles and arches. Keeps my joints warm. Also, my Muay Thai kickboxing coach complimented me on them so brownie points for that. Excellent quality.

poor location of seams
the seams on the bottom of the foot were pretty thick, so when walking around in them, they really dug into the bottom of your foot. It provided decent enough ankle support, but was just very uncomfortable for me to use and wear

Bad quality, do not stretch...

Small runs big
Based on other reviews, I ordered a size small hoping these would fit. I have had to send another brand back because the small ran too large. I wear a 7.5 womens shoe, and these are too loose as well. They didn't really form well to the foot, and just kinda gapped around my arch. The photos seem to indicate that they go past the arch just to the ball of the foot. These stopped mid arch on me and offered nothing in the way of support.
