Not good enough for the price
Arrived broken but the documentation was so bad that I wasn't even sure if it was broken or not until after a couple days of troubleshooting. I bought an Epax X1 Dental/Jewelry edition for half of the cost after returning this printer for a full refund. For even cheaper but slightly lower quality you can get an elegoo mars. Honestly with printers like the photon, mars, and X1 on the market I can see no reason to spend the extra money on this one. What does that extra money buy you? Nothing. Two stars because if this printer did work I know it would actually give good results, but honestly there's much better options out there.

Great printer!
This printer is a relief. After trying out 3 different printers this one is just right. The build area is nice and big. Not the fastest but fast enough and the quality control is great. This printer has been reliable and has not had a failed print.

Very well built and reliable
I've owned my Phrozen Shuffle since August 2018 and the original LCD lasted until October 2019 before starting to show some little decayed spots. I had logged 190 print jobs (each several hours long) at that point. Swapping out the LCD took all of five minutes. By far the most issues with LCD damage on any LCD printer are caused by user error. The pic I've added is of the Shuffle's heavy-duty Z axis assembly featuring dual guide rails. This thing is rock-solid and you only have to calibrate the Z axis when you change FEP film. Oh, and I've changed the FEP exactly twice since August 2018. Shuffle was the first lower-cost LCD printer to feature an LED array that effectively eliminates variations in brightness across the build area that plague cheaper single-LED printers. The Shuffle isn't a tinker-toy to print do-dads off Thingiverse (like the Photon). It's built to be reliable, accurate, and trouble-free. It fulfills that promise.

LCD screen under resin tank is unreliable.
I bought the Phrozen Shuffle from a different vendor (but shipped by Phrozen) and had the LCD screen under the resin tank failed with spots. Bought a second replacement LCD screen from Filamentone only to have it failed in two weeks. Not an user error because I put a FEP film on top of the LCD screen (and below the resin tank) to protect the LCD only to have it failed. Beautiful prints when it works but unreliable. See review of this under my user name.
