I have such stumpy and thin lashes and I've always admired people's "natural" lashes following use of eye serum products. I just couldn't justify the prices in case they didn't work. I'm not a fan of false lashes unless for a special event, even then, I try to avoid them. This is my first eye serum and have been using it for 3 weeks.​ I have very sensitive and dry eyes and rarely wear eye makeup for this reason.​ There was no irritation and showed steady progress, even after 2 weeks. ​ Not only were they longer, they appeared healthier and thicker. It's so nice to have proper lower lashes.​ I love that it is applied through the whole lash, a bit like a ritual of putting on makeup rather than it being a boring skin routine!! Overall, I'm over the moon with the results!!​ I'm not sure how long it will last for, but would definitely continue to maintain them once I'm happy with the length. I'm putting in makeup items for a bridesmaid only uses natural and cruelty free products so would keep this in mind when getting her bridesmaid's goody bag together. The picture is at 3 weeks.​ It's so much thicker and my whole upper lid line looks darker, like there is eyeliner on it!! Just be aware some serums you can't use if pregnant and may change blue eyes to brown. Please check instructions for ingredients of any products used for or around the eyes.

I have received my first ever supply of your eye serum and I am amazed. I have never tried Serums before and chose yours because of it's natural credentials and being Vegan!! The product is beautiful. It is beautifully packaged and it feels a good quality product, I am loving the bamboo container, knowing they are hand crafted makes it feel special!! The product itself feels beautiful, rich but not oily or greasy, no perfume or smell at all, which is great. So easy to apply and my lashes didn't feel claggy or heavy after. I don't know if I am meant to but, I used it on my eyebrows as well!! Even after the first few applications, my lashes look more noticeable and lengthened. The lashes absorbed the serum so easily, especially on my eyebrows, so they obviously needed the conditioner and oils in the product. I am looking forward to continuing using this product, just to see what happens!! And with the amount of serum in the container, it is going to last a while. It is good to know that there is a 12 month usage on it, although I know it won't last that long, if I am using it everyday, so I am looking forward to using this over the next three months, and excited to see the difference it makes. So please expect future orders of this from me. I have never heard of your company before, but I am already glad that I took a punt in purchasing this. I cannot get over how affordable it is, amazing, considering the ingredients in it and how luxuriant it feels. I would have expected it to be at least two or three times the £24.00 that I paid. I am very interested to see if you do any other products and would be interested in trying them!! So, Thank you very much for producing such a product, that feels wonderful, peps my lashes and eyebrows up so much, and that is so affordable and environmentally friendly, (the bamboo container is so touchable and tactile, I keep picking it up and holding it!!) I’m really liking this eyelash serum so far. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and can see my eyelashes look a little bit longer and healthier especially when I wear mascara now (compared to before I started using the product). I really love the packaging too, not only is it eco friendly but it’s also really nice/not your standard box, so made the serum feel like a special treat for myself (you could definitely gift this!) The free refill is also a fab idea as the serum isn’t super cheap but the free refill means its definitely value for money! Also, I think these products take time and persistence to get the desired results so the free refill will hopefully ensure people don’t give up too soon. And again, using a refill is better for the environment. I’ve tried a few Poppy Austin products recently and am loving them. My skin is so sensitive and I’ve had zero reactions so far which is amazing. Thank you for making simple, honest, natural and effective eco friendly products!

I have used this product for the last 4 months. Following a bout of illness and the onset of the menopause my usually long eyelashes had severely deteriorated both in length and density. Having read the positive reviews I decided to try this eyelash serum. I began to see a difference very quickly. I stopped losing eyelashes on a daily basis and to my delight they gradually became stronger and thicker. I can now honestly say that my eyelashes have been restored to their former glory and I am beyond delighted! I rarely lose one and I can confidently use a pair of eyelash curlers again! I have also found this serum very good value for money. It is easy to apply and lasts. So even though the initial price tag is higher than some others in the long run it is much more economical. Also you need to be patient initially and give the product a chance to rebuild length and thickness. You will soon see a difference and your lashes will stay that way! Thank you

The presentation of this product is truly impressive. Both the packaging and the bamboo bottle look lovely and it will be ideal as a gift. I suspect though that most people buy the product for themselves, so a refilling option available to purchase a bit cheaper would be great. Personally, I find particularly appealing all the eco and ethical credentials of this product. It is vegan, it has not been tested on animals, it doesn't contain palm oil! and it has been made with organic ingredients. What else can you ask? Regarding its effectiveness, I do suffer from allergies and I need to be careful with what I put in my eyes. This serum has caused no reaction at all, which is very unusual. The serum felt straightaway very nourishing on my weak eyelashes. I have been using it for four weeks now and my eyelashes feel healthier and stronger, a bit bushier. I notice it particularly on my lower lid, where my eyelashes were almost gone. So, I have high hopes that there will be more dramatic changes with use in the long term, but I am well pleased with the results so far. The after sales service from Poopy Austin is also outstanding. Highly recommended.

Firstly, I was very disappointed when this product arrived in an unnecessarily elaborate box with foam backed velvet padding and magnetic closure! So wasteful as it went straight into recycling/bin and is completely at odds with the description of this being Eco Friendly. The bamboo outer, whilst it looks nice and may be sustainable, actually also seems completely surplus to requirement as it just encases a tiny plastic mascara bottle. It is very expensive, and I think it is as much this packing you are paying for as the product. I'm really concerned about the environment and sustainability and try to buy waste free as much as possible. I feel most people looking for eco friendly products would feel exactly the same about this packaging and would much prefer to support a company genuinely geared toward reducing waste. Please reconsider your choices here. The actual serum is easy to apply but was irritating to my eyes so I could not use twice a day as directed but only at night. I am mainly using in my brows instead as I don't know what else I can do with it! After a few weeks it does not seem to have had any noticeable effect on brows or lashes. Over all I feel this purchase was a very expensive mistake and unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

This is my second purchase. The first one was fantastic - the brush was excellent and after a few months use the serum improved my lashes. The second purchase was not good, a different scratchy brush and not much serum coming out of the tube. I have compared the two brushes and there is a difference, why have they changed to cheap brushes that don't apply the product.

I purchased this product in August 2019 and I have to say, it is amazing! I wish I had taken before and after photos. My natural lashes were left sparse, short, damaged and barely there after 2 years of having constant infills with semi permanent lashes. Thanks to this serum, my lashes are noticeably much longer, thicker and healthy looking. I wear adhesive based lashes during the day, remove in the evening, apply serum to lashes and eyebrows also and the difference is awesome. It took around 8 weeks to notice a real difference, but it felt right and I stuck with it and continue to do so. Ethically, this product is perfect for me - cruelty free/vegan, natural, eco friendly and it works. The customer care and communication from Poppy Austin has been first class and I even received a free refill. I highly recommend.
