Are the brackets and the foot pegs included?

Its all there ready to mount up. Clamp, bracket, pegs. Just make sure you order the right size clamp. 1-1/4, 1-1/2...etc. so it is nice and tight on your highway bar.

Standard crash bar size on 2012 ultra classic

Fits my stock 1 1/4" dia. crash bar. Make sure the size you order fits your crash bar.

Why would this not fit on an 07 Harley electra glide classic?

The #7599 will mount to the 1 1/4" engine guard of your '07 FLHTC, it is not easy if you have lower fairings and would suggest to using #7583 or #7584 Tour-Tech Cruise Mounts with bikes that have lowers. Sincerely, Greg

Will it fit a 2010 Ultra Glide?

The long horns will fit any bike as long as you order the correct attaching clamp. My venture used a 1" clamp and I think the HD uses a 1.25" clamp. When you order the long horns they will ask what size clamp you need. Ask your HD dealer what size tube your crash bar is or measure it yourself. I like my long horns and I feel they are some of the best hwy bars out there.
