I give them 5 stars because their customer service is great. I put up the Canopy on Friday night for a festival on Saturday. It rained overnight, and when we went on Saturday, a large puddle had formed and destroyed the frame. They cancelled the day because of heavy rains. They rescheduled for last Saturday. I contacted the manufacturer on that Sat. Morning. On that same day I received a new one.

I already have a canopy tent with sides that I use for trade shows. I needed a bright color without the panels, and the lime green one I purchased is perfect. So easy to put up and take down. Little bit more challenging to put the fabric back in with the frame, but figured that out. The vent at the top really helps with any breeze that might come and go.

This canopy is a game changer. Lightweight and easy to transport. Out of the bag and up within a few minutes. Stood up against the wind as well as our commercial canopy does. The bags wouldn't serve us well at the windy venues. We need no less than 35 pounds per leg pole at a height of 3 feet. One side in exchange for the bags would've made this the perfect purchase.

3 years after I purchased this tent I requested parts and at no charge they shipped them to me. Unfortunately while in transit I get out to dry and a storm came and destroyed it. This was a powerful storm that no such structure could withstand. I immediately ordered another. I’ll never think twice when ordering a canopy tent. Great quality, price & service. No need to shop anywhere else!

Easier to set up and take down than any other tent I've ever had! It still takes 2 people, but is way easier and goes much quicker. The color is not as green as the picture shows...it's more yello-green. That was a big disappointment.

I was skeptical that one person could put this up by themselves, but I was pleasantly surprised! It really is as easy as the demo video shows. I'm a female with lower back issues, and I was able to put this up and take it down by myself in minutes. Frames are sturdy and the canopy top is well sewn. Be sure to put your canopy top on before pushing up the center button - I forgot that the first time and it was a lot harder to get it attached when the frame is fully open!I've purchased two of these so far. One was a cobalt blue that was "Used, Like New" sold by Eagle Peak through Amazon at a reduced price, and the other was a light blue/turquoise shade was "New". Both colors are bright and pleasant, and had white painted frames.There were some differences between the two - the one in "like new" condition came with a different roller bag that was roomer and had an exterior pocket for the stakes. However, I prefer the smaller bag that came with the "new" one - the tighter fit was MUCH more sturdy when standing it up on it's end. The tighter bag was still easy to put the frame into, and the roomier bag allows the frame to flop around too much. I noticed that it tries tip over when storing it upright, whereas the one in the tighter bag is very stable when stored on it's end. I noticed that the frame of the "like new" one didn't feel as sturdy as the frame for the "new" one, and I think that larger bag might be part of the reason why.Both roller bags were lacking a handle on the top end, and I think that would really help when pulling these. They are heavy, and having an additional handle on the top end (opposite side of the roller wheels) would help. The two that are on the side have you lifting and carrying more of the weight rather than dragging it behind you.Even though one bag came with an external pocket, it was only big enough to store the tent stakes and cords - the canopy won't fit in it. I don't like to store my canopy top on the frame when it's in the bag, so I purchased some clear PVC zipper bags with handles here on Amazon, and put the canopy tops in those. I'd prefer to have a large pocket for the canopy on the roller bag in addition to the tent stake pocket, so all the pieces of the canopy were together in one place. But for the price and ease of use, I'm very happy with Eagle Peak!

Short story! I had purchased a Crown Shades unit months earlier. This time around I purchased the Eagle Peak unit because it was in stock and it received 5 star reviews. We had a light rain yesterday and the Crown Shades unit held up and the Eagle Peak unit collapsed. The plastic clips that hold the Eagle Peaks upper frame had snapped out. The upper frame clips on the Crown Shade unit are metal and they held up fine. Bottom line! The structural frame on the less expensive Crown Shade unit is far superior to the Eagle Peak unit! The Eagle Peak unit was returned!
