Good product but needs improvement in fabric quality

I’ve tried several car neck pillows, but the Grin Health Large Plus is in a league of its own. As someone who spends a lot of time behind the wheel, I usually struggle with neck fatigue. This pillow has been a game-changer. Pros: Size & Support: The 'Large Plus' design isn't just marketing—it’s significantly wider and deeper than standard pillows. Very comfortable

Quality wise the product is excellent but it didn't work for me. Used it for a day, felt a lot of discomfort and neck pain. Couple of my friends use it and it works for them. Easy returns policy is very helpful.

The product looks completely different from the photos on Amazon. The quality is very poor and feels cheap. It definitely doesn’t meet the expectations created by the listing photos. I’m very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it.
