A Really Nice Jacket at an Extremely Reasonable Price Point
I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about what I would receive when I ordered this jacket. I've been a collector of premium leather bound books for many years and know good quality leather when I see it, whether it be cowhide, calfskin, goatskin, lambskin, etc. I was pleasantly surprised when the jacket arrived. The leather on this jacket seems really nice. Lots of grain and character. Shiny but not overly so. Fairly thick leather likely sufficient for those of us who ride motorcycles. As other reviewers have pointed out, the construction of the jacket is spot on as well. The zippers are a good size and have a feeling that they are built to last. The stitching is clean with no lose threads and the jacket feels solid, as though it will not be falling apart anytime soon. All in all a well constructed jacket that I would highly recommend. I honestly think they could get $200+ for it if they wanted to. I'm 6' 1" and just below 200 lbs and the large fits perfectly (for my tastes) with the liner removed and a t shirt underneath. I do not like baggy clothes and prefer that my stuff fit tight. I'm trying to drop another 10 lbs or so by winter, so I think it will fit great with the liner when the cold weather hits. I did not care for the leather string on the sides so I removed it. As for motorcycle use, I went for a 30 minute ride at freeway speeds this morning and felt comfortable/warm (it was about 55 - 60 degrees) even with wind chill (and the liner out). I ride a sport bike, and the back of the jacket seemed to touch the belt area when I was riding, so no exposed skin for me. I treated the jacket with Chamberlains leather milk #3 which is a waterproofing leather conditioner. It took about 12 hours for the waterproofer to soak into the leather (after I massaged it and scrubbed it in several times with hands). This stuff works great and I would recommend you put some on your leather goods. All in all a really nice jacket at an extremely reasonable price point. I would not hesitate to purchase. Safe riding friends! Update December 2019: Still a great jacket. As other reviewers have mentioned, this jacket isn't really sufficient protection for motorcycle use. I want to make this point clear in case you are a rider and hope to use this jacket for riding. I went down at freeway speeds in my Dainese Razon leather motorcycle jacket with CE armor. That jacket helped reduce road rash to my back/sides and mitigate damage to shoulders and elbows with the armor. This Milwaukee jacket on Amazon does not have the same leather thickness or CE armor/rating as that Dainese jacket, and I would not recommend using it for riding motorcycles. I say that having narrowly escaped death riding with proper motorcycle CE gear. But it does still look bad ass and the quality has held up with time and use.

I really like this product
I really like this product. My intention for buying this jacket was to wear it out and about or driving in my Convertible in the winter time with top down. I don't own a motor bike, so i did not buy it for riding as such. I do realize that the thickness and weight of the leather makes it a good purchase for any motor bike rider to use and enjoy. One of the big pluses of the jacket, is the inside liner can easily be detached if desired, and therefore, the jacket becomes more lighter and cooler to wear if you want to go that way. The look is really great. The style, the cut, the softness, and the sheen or patina of the leather is all very good. In the tradition of the classic Brando style jacket, this one ticks all the boxes, and looks very cool and classy. The detailing of the jacket is very good as well, and i feel that this garment is of quite good quality for the asking price. Good value for the money. The sizing of the jacket was spot on for me. It can be tricky buying coats and jackets over the Internet in regards to ending up with the correct size for yourself. In my case, i'm not a tall guy, but have a stocky build , particularly around the chest and shoulders. I don't have long arms either. The sizes on offer are American sizes. In that sense, i normally buy an American XX size in a jacket, and ended up buying that size, and ended up getting a good fit. I am 5ft 7 inches tall, have a 51 inch chest, have a 21 inch shoulder width, and have a 25 inch shoulder to wrist length. This jacket fitted me perfectly. The arms were not too long, and just right, the shoulder and chest fit was spot on as well, and the length of the jacket was just right. Very happy with the fit. I think it would pay anyone to measure their own body first before placing an order to help get the correct size and fit for themselves. So overall, very happy with this jacket in every aspect. The seller was very professional too,and gave me great prompt service. This jacket gets top marks from me, and i would highly recommend it based on my own experience. Thanks, Greg.

Stylish, functions more than enough for said style.
Really nice. It fit well. I am slim, so I had to use the side lacing to tighten it a bit, but once I did that, it looked good. It is some nice leather too. You can stay warm even without the insolating layer inside. I wear it unzipped. If you plan on wearing it unzipped as well, just be aware that the belt does make a bit of noise. It's a leather jacket, though, so you expect it to make a little squeaking noise regardless. The buttons are functional. I know some jackets like these have fake buttons they have permenantly stitched, but these buttons are real. Like I said earlier, I am slim, so I don't completely fill out the jacket. If you are also slim and feeling a little brave, you can try going a size smaller than you usually would. I will say, length is perfect, so if you're taller, you should avoid going a smaller size. If you are a regular guy, you will fill this jacket perfectly, so don't even worry about it. It smells pleasant even right out of the packaging. It doesn't have that punch-you-in-the-face-new-leather smell. The inside pockets are good. Lot of space. The outside pockets would probably only fit a small pack of cigs and a lighter. If you're buying it for style, it is perfect. If you're buying it for biking, be aware there is no internal padding or extra protection. It is better than nothing, but it really is just a leather jacket and nothing else. As a greaser, this is 10/10 for me.

Very good product, well made, looks great!
Got my package one day early - and I was pleasantly surprised. The jacket was heavy - VERY heavy - not what was expected for the low price. The quality appears to be better than standard. I'm 6'2, weigh in at about 220, and wear a size 48 tall suit jacket, and I wasn't sure exactly what size jacket to buy. Normally, I would think XL, but after reading other reviews, and knowing how the weather in Missouri can get REALLY cold, I decided to get a 3XL just in case I have to layer up in the winter. With the liner in, it fits WELL. Loose enough to move and wear a down vest underneath if needed, but snug enough to feel right. With the liner out, it's a little bit big, but that's OK. That's what the laces are for, right? The sleeves are the PERFECT LENGTH. Overall, I am VERY pleased with this purchase. Everything is exactly as promised, it's very comfortable, looks fantastic, and will be worn very often. The only downside to it is the smell - I noticed it has a strong chemical smell to it (most likely due to the dyes and other chemicals used to process the leather) and was noticeable when I opened the plastic bag, and I expect it to fade quickly. I am really happy with this so far - I expect years of service from this jacket, and the cost is UNBELIEVABLE! The last time I saw a leather jacket of this quality at this price, Van Halen was the hot new band everyone was talking about. You won't go wrong with this product!

Excellent material quality, medium stitching quality. Looks great and should last a long time!
Absolute Aura farming jacket. Love it. I also love that the liner is removable because I live in a hot climate. If I have one complaint it is that the stitching isn't the most durable thing on earth, however, the leather and other materials are very durable. Definitely real cowhide, not crappy PU leather. Very soft, but you can make it even better with some leather conditioner like Bick 4 and make it water/mist resistant with Obenauf's heavy duty LP. Remember to wipe it down every once in a while or spritz it with vinegar on the inside to prevent bacteria from growing. Pockets are very large, and very functional. Another thing I really like on this jacket are the high quality metal zippers. on a lot of clothes I have purchased recently, companies have started skimping out and making plastic flimsy low quality zippers and pulls. The metal zippers will be much more durable. I conceal carry and have a pretty big EDC kit, this works great for all that stuff as well. Plus lets' be honest, it just looks absolutely radical.

Easy choice to buy this jacket compared the Perfecto
I'm 5-10"/178 (178cm/81kg rounded up). I ordered the XL based on other reviews. The XL fits perfectly and allows for layering in cold weather. The jacket itself looks very well made - the leather is thick, the stitching is excellent, the zippers are heavy-duty and fitted well, the snaps are fitted well, and the liner looks good too. I like the side laces and had them on another locally made leather bike jacket many years ago ( I wish I never gave that jacket away . . .) anyway, they work well for adjusting the fit of the jacket, and they look great IMO. There will always be comparisons to the Schott Perfecto. I have a Schott Cafe Racer jacket (bought on closeout for $400 a few years ago), and I looked at the Perfecto before buying this jacket. The leather in the Milwaukee may be slightly thinner - may be, the raw steerhide is probably a better grade on the Perfecto, and some of the other details on the Schott jacket may be better executed - may be - but none of those are enough for me, as the owner of another Schott leather jacket, to justify the difference in cost between the Perfecto and this Milwaukee jacket. The only thing I didn't like was the sheen on the Milwaukee jacket, but this was easily fixed. I used a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol and wiped the jacket down with a microfiber cloth. I did (2) reps of that and it knocked the sheen right down. The jacket is now a nice matte finish, and it looks great. At this price, I can't find faults with this jacket, and I recommend this highly.

Epic class fitted armor, and priced right
The first one I bought in 5xl almost 5 years ago when I weighed about 498lbs and i loved it then, effortlessly affording me the vanity of that true land whale feel and look, got compliments all the time. like "woah is that a hairless circus cow on two legs” or " oh no orcas learned to walk and are now beginning their land invasion". The one thing I do miss is people randomly grabbing the side tassels and attempting to walk me like a Macey's day parade Balloon, but as in anything else, all good things must come to an end, I eventually lost a whopping 309lbs, "yay for me, right? “.. well yes and no although the fat is gone, skin is a little more difficult to remove, since I was well over the return period and not totally comfortable with resorting to a do-it-yourself Buffalo Bill method, then fashioning the harvested "material" into a flesh-colored version of this jacket (waste not, want not), I reluctantly opted the next logical choice also just the sight or mere thought of blood makes me gag. Correct, I decided to focus on hourly rigorous and relentless self-body shaming, even recruiting family and friends to join on self-hazing and ridicule sessions, paid of course "since nothing worth doing is free". Eventually I became comfortable with my new 5'11 187lb hairless tattoo covered sugar glider squirrel look, and only after excruciating research careful strategic financial planning aided by studying and unlocking the secrets of many ponzie business quotes, feverishly grounding my spirit and mind with copious amounts of sweet fruit flavored malt libations, careful and mature considerations lasting several seconds, with a visceral war yelp to summon out the suppressed inner rage of a thousand pugs, I asked my mom in a thunderous indecipherable mumble for permission, as she slumbered. Accepting her peaceful comatose silence as approval, I pulled the trigger ended up buying a second, master crafted jacket in a medium as prescribed by the very accurate size chart., mostly out of fear that my new full body bingo wings could catch a sudden gust of wind like loose boat sails, and inadvertently cause me injury. Before I knew it, or maybe was coherent enough, finally responding to the never-ending doorbells and knocking that seemed to go on for a week, there it was just past someone who I assumed to be an undercover delivery person that protected my package from dreaded porch pirates was for some reason rambling or talking in code about doing things or rent I don’t really know, but seemed kinda serious. anyway not a moment too soon all my problems were solved. With this ingenious purchase i was able to develop a meticulous skin muumuu tucking protocol that could only be held fast by the top notch stitching and quality hides put together in this seemingly mythical in nature production of a jacket. With tears in my eyes I can say now that know the comfort that a boneless edema bloated hand would feel in well fitting glove, perfect and just right. I am almost certain that somewhere during its creation Elvin sorcery or Dwarven craft has to be involved, since they have done an amazing job at hiding the Tengwar script, or runes that would validate my theories I cannot identify conclusively the origin of its power. I applaud and thank them for not making this item overly priced, and would recommend it to anyone in the market for an all-season jacket. Yes, I said all season, the “collective” as i refer to the ones who designed and developed this artifact, doing so only because I cannot confirm its origin, made the life force retaining dragon scale liner effortlessly REMOVABLE in the blink of a severely cataract occluded amputated eye, or even an arthritic Neanderthal born with all thumbs. In my opinion, this could be very handy for instance, should you find yourself in a precarious Fonz garb requiring situation where one may need to teleport instantly from say, battling seemingly endless hoards reanimated yellow snow creatures through an artic tundra, into the hell fires of Mount Doom, to valiantly retrieve a negligently disposed of unmentioned precious item capable of IMPOSING world peace under one glorious, slender, flight capable ruler, from the chard remains of its rightful but no longer “in need of” owner. Now I’m not saying it would be easy, but this armor “at least for me” has definitely quelled any fear of bedwetting accidents intentional or otherwise. I feel it deep in my giblets that in conjunction with some better route planning, and reliable transportation, not limited to magical, mammalian, avian, reptilian, or cryptid, but never moms car, it would be totally plausible in a solo quest, but only with this in your arsenal. Amazing Value - Truly love how this jacket fits me!!
Received this jacket recently, and I love everything about it! The day I got it, I spent a good hour trying to look for any type of flaws, but could not find a thing. The leather quality is amazing, it's thick, heavy, and way better compared to what I was expecting. I certainly know quality when I see it, and this is it folks!! I am 5'7 tall ,38.5 chest with a 30 waist (fit/ athletic, muscular built), and weight 155 pounds. This jacket fits me perfectly, snug like a glove. It's funny that many people in previous reviews suggested to go with a bigger size (a Small or even a Medium)..., and made me realize that a huge amount of the people making that suggestion DON"T even have a normal size! They are simply overweight to very overweight in proportion to how tall/ short they are. It's crazy!! Still, I went with my guts, my own proportional body size instead, and opted for the XS. I am so glad I did! It feels the XS size was custom made for me, and I can even have a thin jersey under if I want to, for those days I ride my motorcycle, only for shorter rides though, since this jacket will NOT protect your body on a motorcycle fall (even on moderate speed)! Yes, you will get seriously hurt, and that is a fact!!! That is why I have another motorcycle leather jacket with proper upper-body protection for longer/faster rides. Regardless, this is a beautiful jacket, and truth to be told, it's made very well, and looks "BAD ASS"... I have 8 other genuine leather jackets (different styles) in the $500 - $750 rage, and amazingly this jacket is right up there with them. lt's truly a fantastic value you rarely see these days. I will be back here for another one of these in a couple of weeks. All I can say is: "grab one while you can". Cheers -- C.L.

Ottimo prodotto
Grazie mille. 5 stelle ben meritate

Great jacket for the price
I'm 5' 10" - 48" chest - 44" waist - 220 lbs My motorcycle jacket that I currently use has a 50" circumference and is snug with a t-shirt, regular shirt and a thin hoodie plus removeable liner - I could use a couple of inches for more comfort. I ordered a 3X (XXX) - the sizing guide showing 52" chest circumference - All the packaging and paper labels were 3XXX but the jacket is a 2XX - and that turned out to be a good thing. The chest circumference of this 2 XX is 52" and fits perfectly. So I don't know if this is a mislabeled 3XXX or a 2XX - now I'm more confused about sizing than ever but at least I've a new more comfortable jacket to wear this winter and spring while riding. The jacket is hefty, the leather smooth but will pop with grain after a season of wearing - al the zippers work easily plus the snaps - the linings are all in good repair - the side adjusters work fantastically giving minute adjustments to the belly fit. The one item I especially like is all the pocket zippers are hidden when closed - a really nice feature - I wish they had done that to the sleeves. The Amazon listed sizes including 2XX and up have a center seam down the back panel but this jacket has a one piece above the kidney padding area - and that was a pleasant surprise. I had previously ordered a Milwaukee Leather ML1010 jacket - a scooter version of this and it had the naked leather - that was an exceptional leather and I wish they had offered that in this model - that's my only gripe - and that is not to say the leather is good but the other is exceptional. All in all - this jacket is a keeper and going to be a daily rider starting this week as soon as we get dry roads and temps 5º above freezing. My largest complaint about Milwaukee Leather is that they don't give enough jacket measurements so you can decide which size to order confidently. That way you could measure a jacket at home that fits the way you want and then just use those to find the size correct for you.

It looks great and feels thicker than my harley jacket!
What can I say it's one of the best bang for your buck when it comes to high quality leather jackets I got the 2XL and was worried it wouldn't fit because im 6f 255 pounds and do alot of powerlifting so I carry alot of my wait in my shoulders arms and chest not stomach and with the liner on and the zipper's all done up.It was pretty tight but soon as I took that out and unzipped the arm zippers it fit alot better the 3XL would probably be to wide even tho it would probably feel better but Im happy with the 2XL it has a better fit and has a good taper down in the sides and a waste..
