This has to be my favorite brand of organic spearmint tea! I've tried plenty of other brands that either taste a bit funky or the flavor is minimal. I like knowing that this is an organic tea with no added natural flavors that other spearmint teas tend to have. Also, I enjoy the ziplock bag the tea comes in and that the tea bags are environmentally friendly with no plastics. I'll continue to purchase this brand, especially when I can catch it on a good deal!

Definitely one of my favorite tea. It has help helped me a lot with relaxation and also my hormonal balance. It has a great taste, not too strong. This is my second time getting it. It also helps with my digestion. If you have been thinking about buying it, this is a confirmation to get it.

First amazon review I’ve ever did. I bought this in February and by the end of June, I will be completely out of this.. I bought the 100 count but I’ve been using 3 tea bags in one cup of hot water because 1) I like my tea strong and 2) I wanted to get rid of my hormonal acne asap and 3) to have better control of my pcos symptoms and it did just that! To be precise: My acne finally cleared but NOT ONLY because of tea, it helped ALONG SIDE of the other things I did.. it just helped to maintain and control… (spearmint tea + foam and oil cleanser + azaelic acid + 7-8 hrs sleep + pimple patches) and for periods, I used to have 3 days of heavy periods with lots of clots but now it’s medium periods & little to no clots… so yea patience is key since it took 4 months for me to see results.. the key to being consistent is finding a way to build tea-drinking into your routine then, it’ll be effortless. They say to drink this tea more than once in a day but I didn’t have time for that so hence why I douce 3 tea bags into a hot cup of water. For 100 count, that’s a steal for a price. For a tea lover, I love the taste but I really bought it for my acne and . Sometimes if I want it sweeter, I add honey and or truvia sweetener and it’ll taste even more delicious.

Excellent for upset stomach. My mom used to grow spearmint in her garden & she would brew us a cup when we had tummy trouble. Great for after dinner just to relax, no need to feel sick

I was recommended by my dietitian to start drinking spearmint tea, It was actually not that easy to find in store without it being mixed with other mint tea leaves. So I found this. Its actually really nice! I haaaaate tea usually as I do not like the leafy after taste that comes with most teas but I mix this with some lemon juice and a couple of tsp of Monk fruit sugar and its pretty awesome. almost like a warm mint Nestea. The package is well packed, you definitely get your quality in packaging, and the tea bags themselves are pretty good, no lose tea escapes the bag. The price is really good for the quantity as in store they want $20 for only 30 bags vs 100. I would buy again.

Great taste and a good buy.

The tea itself tastes great and the price given the size of the bag is very fair. My only issue is about 25% of the tea bags had holes or rips in them, leading to loose tea leaves in the cup and needing to remake my tea. I might have just received a faulty bag. Again, I’m happy with the tea itself aside from this problem.
