Yes, it will stand up on its own. The water bottle sleeve is large. I have a 20 Oz klean kanteen and I could fit 2 of them in it.

Will 135 sq inch racket fit in it

135 could come in different shapes, so I’d say that if your racket is 11 inches or less across, it will be tight, but fine.

Do the zippers on the racquet compartment stay in place with racquets in tow? I've seen many that slip open which defeats the purpose. Thanks.
