How is this shipped? Is it kept refrigerated? What about when it is dropped off at the house?

It cOnes in cardboard containers. You don’t have to refrigerate it until you open it… It’s completely shelf stable until opened.

I called wandering bear was told it has to be refrigerated before open. here it says shelf stable and does not need refrigeration. which one is it?

Shelf stable yes. It tastes best if it is cold before you drink it. I keep two in the refrigerator and the rest in the pantry.

Do you sell this size cartons, but with your decaf (like your 96 fl oz box)?

We only sell our decaf cold brew in the 96oz boxes at this time.

This is not smooth but strong and bitter. What are you comparing to when you rate this as smooth?

In my opinion the coffee is too strong undiluted. Diluted, it is not strong or bitter. Many may describe this as "smooth".
