Not a bad starter case
Not a bad starter cue case to keep your two-piece cue in separate compartments. The build quality is pretty good, outside is clean looking and the hinges/snaps feel sturdy. Inside there is space for a standard size cue and maybe a piece of chalk in each compartment, or a standard cue with joint protectors. I keep this one at home to hold onto my old J&J cue in case one of my friends needs to borrow it, if you go out and shoot in tournaments or travel a lot, I would recommend a oval/tube style case with a shoulder strap instead, much more convenient and the cue is better protected.

just what i expected
i purchased this case for my father, who likes to play pool at the local pool hall (aka senior center). my husband had given him a cue but he had no case. this was a great product for the price (about 15 bucks), and has held up well under almost-daily use for the past year or so. i notice a lot of the players there have one just like it. if you are looking for a servicable case that won't break the bank, this is it!

Although the product works as expected, the packaging on the product box is too tight and when shipped, corners will be scuffed, of course amazon's shipping did not help, but the manufacturer should also make sure this doesn't happen by wrapping the product in bubble wrap or something. That's why i took one star off.

Decent
It's a decent cue case, probably best use for storing a spare cue you're not going to use. Everything about the case lets you know that it isn't really top of the line, but it hasn't fell apart on me yet. I'd honestly go for a bit more expensive carry case/bag than this.

nice
Never had one before, so I envoke a few user errors. You have to figure were the base of the cue goes first...then add the shaft. That middle ribby thing is flexible by the way,..
