Fantastic product!
I bought ice trays at the store to freeze goat milk in for my homemade soaps. Once the milk was frozen, the cubes would not come out of the trays. I shook and pounded with no luck. I turned them upside down and gave them a twist. The tray ripped and the cubes would not come out of the trays. I thought to myself they don't make ice trays like they use to. So I searched online for trays that would easily release the cubes. I bought these trays and 2 other types. I really like them all, but l like these best. They make a noce large square cube that easily releases from the tray. All you have to do is turn it upside down and push the bottoms of each cube. They pop right out. I also like that they can be stacked. I would like it even more if they were longer.

Fantastically frozen fun!
After many reviews in and outside of Amazon I settled on these Kuuk Silicone Cube Trays. I love them!Ice cubes are easily removed from tray, although you just push them out 1-2 at a time from the back of the holder (it's quick, I tell ya! NO hassle). You don't twist and have them all drop like traditional trays, but these flexible silicone trays will never crack either. These are 1"x1" which look like they are slightly smaller than a traditional ice cube. They are great because having 15 cute and perfectly square cubes awesome...I never knew I had a thing for ice before, but now that I have ordered these and the Chillz Blox Large Ice Cube Trays that are 2"x2" I am definitely a fan of FUN ice! I haven't tried freezing anything but water yet, but I plan to buy some more of these to use for things like pureed pesto and other soup or food starters. It's great to do something like that, freeze and once frozen the food cubes can go into a ziplock to use as easy meal starts or baby food. Two thumbs up!

Perfect Icecubes, Terrible Taste
Make sure you wash these thoroughly with soap and water. I did one with soap and water and the other through the dishwasher. The dishwasher one has this nasty silicone plastic taste in all the ice cubes, whereas the other one is fine. I love though how all the ice cubes are perfect sized cubes for use in specialty drinks. Traditional rectangular ice cubes are terrible and tend to get in the way while drinking - these dont!FYI, its probably best to use a tray with these as they are VERY flexible when you first put water in them. Theres a great chance for spillage unless you have steady hands.Edit 2/11/2018: After using these for 2 years, I still cant get the Silicone smell or taste out of them. I only use them on drinks that have strong flavors like some sodas. I almost cant use them on my draft sodas anymore because they ruin the flavors. If you have Mocktails or specialty drinks, I would advise you to use an ice maker or some other trays because these are definitely going to ruin your drinks.

I prefer silicone trays to plastic even though the material has unique challenges.
Updated Review after having them for over 2 years:So here's the deal. These silicone trays pose different challenges than plastic due to the material used, but to me, they are still better than the plastic trays.1) Silicone absorbs smell/taste after a while, so I've learned they can't live in the freezer indefinitely because they get that "freezer burn" quality after a few months which is imparted to the ice. I actually have 4 of these and I've found that rotating them out and giving them a week or so out of the freezer to air out in the cabinet/counter works. So problem solved.2) A lot of other reviewers mentioned the white residue that builds up on these if you use the dishwasher. I noticed it too. It has the consistency of soap scum and washes off easily by hand and only builds up when you put it in the dishwasher using tab or powdered dishwasher detergent (not the liquid). Again, this happens with most of my silicone stuff so I just hand wash them. I'm pretty sure it's a deposit from hard water or from the materials in the dish detergent. For these, since they don't get anything but water/ice in them, hand washing them occasionally is easy, they don't really need to go in the dishwasher anyway. Again, problem solved.---But the benefits outnumber those problems:1) The silicone is super flexible compared to plastic which is mostly rigid especially when frozen. You can flex the tray in all directions to release the sides of the ice with ease. All you need to do to get ice out is to push from the bottom and they come right out. People saying they are difficult to remove must be overfilling them, otherwise these are insanely easier to remove ice than with any plastic tray I've ever used.2) They don't break and don't get brittle over time which is great if you've ever cut yourself on a broken/breaking plastic ice tray like I have. It's also less waste since I've had these two years already and seem like they will last forever.

Excellent ice cube trays
Excellent ice cube trays! We've always had cheap plastic ones that break all the time. These can be manipulated as much as you want and they won't break or get deformed. Easy to clean, and very compact so easy to fit in the freezer. They have the ability to be stacked - the bottoms are angled so if you fill the bottom one up 3/4 of the way you can easily stack. Personally we just have two different types of tray (one a little bigger than this) and they stack great when you alternate them! Couldn't advocate for these more, they make ice cube making easy and less frustrating.

These ice cube trays made my Kuuk are officially the greatest invention since sliced bread
Seriously, where have these ice cube trays been all my life? I am forever cracking (and breaking) the typical plastic trays--and cannot ever seem to figure out how to keep them clean. These ice cube trays made my Kuuk are officially the greatest invention since sliced bread. They make the most adorably shaped little ice cubes, freeze easily and are SO EASY to remove ice from. You just wiggle it ever so slightly and out pops the most delectably refreshing ball of ice.I understand that most of the complaints here are for baby food-related needs, and I cannot speak to that. I can assure you however, that for the price these puppies are a must have for any kitchen. They're great.
