I bought this cold press juice machine. I couldn’t believe the quality for the price. It works just as well as the famous OMEGA at a fraction of the price and MUCH easier to clean too. I used it often for years when I had my first issue. The extracting pieces somehow got stuck together and nothing worked for me to fix. I took a chance and emailed the complaint directly. Not only did a real person respond in 24 hours, they agreed to replace the parts! I’m so happy and can’t wait to add the other appliances from this great company in my home !

Bought the used ok quality rating. Item didn’t have a single blemish. Appears new. No manual wasn’t much of an issue as assembly via the product picture sufficed. Unit is super quiet in my opinion. I’m a first time juicer so don’t have much else to go on. The screen that catches the pulp could be easier to clean but they provide a brush. The chute could be larger, fits carrots easy but anything round you gotta chop up quite a bit. Separate from the device, if you’re a first time juicer just be aware you need to juice a whole bunch of veggies to get a large glass. I got this mostly for carrot juice, and may be easier and possibly cheaper to just buy a quart from the store. In any case I’ve only used it once and so far pleased with my purchase.

What I love - cleaning is fast, easy and very quiet.

Is this black or is it green. Before I used it it looked black now after one juice it's near green and all I juices was carrot and apples. It has a small defect at the top. Otherwise it does the job.

I love this juicer. It does what it does and good value for money. Some people say it its slow and require chopping items into small pieces beforehand. But honestly.... its a home kitchen product. If you wanna buy an industrial unit for 10x the price then knock yourself out. The US plug was annoying but no big deal. Its easy to clean. I use it 2 to 3 times a week, juicing hard fruits and it's still going strong after a few of months. Fingers crossed.

Its easy to clean and make good juice but the quality not great.

The product is actually quite good, with the only issue that it arrives with a US plug in the UAE where we have UK plugs. During 3 months the juicer works quite well, and it's pretty powerful given you cut properly the fruits (in relatively small part) the device is easy to assemble, clean, and every part goes in the washing machine. However, one day the device just stopped working completely after 20-30 usages I would estimate. THIS IS WHEN THE NIGHTMWARE to get the warranty starts. 1- The Seller Inanir Store replied quickly that I should send the product "the service with the warranty form inside the product" --> This is actually an email address to the manufacturer where you have to explain what's happening, etc. 2 -The manufacturer replied saying that they wont do anything given they were not the company who sold the product to me. 3 - I contacted again the seller INANIR Store, who is ghosting me now. 4 - The UAE Law, the DED specifically mentions clearly 1 year of warranty on such devices, either by the manufacturer or the local reseller. 5 - Amazon Customer service definitely is not aware of point 4) and not willing to help overall. given it's not sold by them.
